Water and trash are included, along with access to our facilities on the property.

You may pay your rent with a personal check, cashier’s check or money orders. Cash is not accepted.

We allow up to two pets as long as they are under 20 pounds. The pet fee is $300.00.

The application fee is $40.00 per applicant over the age of 18.

There is a partially refundable deposit of $500.00

Yes, renter’s insurance is required.
